This is a Big Wheel. They call it the Giant Wheel, but actually it's just kind of big-to-large. It provides a decent view of a sort of out of the way corner of Vienna which is borderline cruddy. But nonetheless, it's cool because it's old and therefore could collapse and turn us all into smushy smushy corpses. Hooray!!
