No trip to Greenwich is complete without a bewildering moment or two trying to work out what on earth the time is on the 24 hour clock. This time we went in to the observatory and got to look at the meridian up close. It was even more like a metal line on the ground than it appeared from outside the gates last time I was there with John, Cam and Sharon in April. Incredible.
